Your files stay on your device
The audio, cover art and lyrics you add are read and rendered inside your browser. The finished video is created in your browser and saved straight to your computer. None of these files are uploaded to us or to anyone else.
What your browser keeps
- Your draft. To protect your work if you refresh or close the page, your lyrics, timings, song title, artist name and style choices are saved in your browser's local storage. Audio and images are not saved. Use “Start over” on the editor to delete the draft, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
- Usage counters. A copy of the usage counts described below is also kept in your browser's local storage so you can see what is recorded.
Anonymous usage counts
To learn whether the tool works, the page sends a short note to our own server when you open it, start editing, start, finish, cancel or fail an export, or click a Pro feature. Each note contains only:
- which step happened and on which tool (lyric video maker or audio visualizer);
- export settings – resolution, aspect ratio, template, song length in seconds and how long rendering took;
- for a failed export, the browser's error message; for a Pro click, which feature;
- for a page visit, the name of the website that linked you here (for example google.com), if any;
- your country, your browser family (such as Chrome or Safari) and whether it is a phone or tablet, worked out from the request.
It never contains your files, lyrics, song title, artist name, IP address or any identifier, so the counts cannot be linked to you or to each other. They are stored on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and deleted after 12 months.
No cookies, no third-party trackers
This site does not set cookies and does not load third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. All code runs from this site, and the usage counts above go only to this site.
Hosting
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability. Those logs never include your audio, images, lyrics or videos, because those never leave your browser.
Changes
If we start collecting anything beyond what is described here – for example, payments for Pro features – we will update this page before it happens.
